Restaurant-Style Veg Garam Masala Curry
Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables (potato, carrot, beans, peas) – 2 cups
Onion (chopped) – 1 large
Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Revani Spices Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Oil or ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Method:
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till aromatic.
Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates.
Add vegetables and mix well. Add water as needed and cook till vegetables are soft.
Sprinkle Revani Garam Masala, mix gently, and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.

Jain Mixed Vegetable Sabzi
Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables (capsicum, beans, carrot, peas) – 2 cups
Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – ½ tsp
Revani Spices Jain Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add ginger paste and sauté lightly.
Add tomato puree, turmeric, salt, and Revani Jain Masala. Cook till oil separates.
Add vegetables and mix well. Sprinkle water if needed.
Cover and cook till vegetables are tender.
Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or paratha.

Revani Spices Classic Sambar Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup toor dal (arhar dal)
2 cups mixed vegetables
(drumstick, carrot, pumpkin, brinjal, potato, onion)2 tbsp tamarind pulp
1½–2 tsp Revani Spices Sambar Masala
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
3 cups water
For Tempering (Tadka)
2 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1–2 dried red chillies
8–10 curry leaves
A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
Method
Cook the Dal
Wash toor dal and pressure cook with turmeric and water until soft and mushy. Mash well and keep aside.Cook the Vegetables
In a pot, add vegetables, salt, and water. Cook until vegetables are tender.Add Flavour
Add tamarind pulp and Revani Spices Sambar Masala to the vegetables. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes until aromatic.Combine Dal & Veggies
Add cooked dal to the vegetable mixture. Adjust water for desired consistency and simmer for 8–10 minutes on low flame.Prepare Tadka
Heat oil or ghee. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves, and hing. Let them splutter.Finish & Serve
Pour the hot tadka over the sambar. Mix gently and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Authentic Malvani Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 g
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 medium
Coconut paste – 3 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1½ tsp
Revani Spices Malvani Masala – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Water – as required
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook well.
Add turmeric and Revani Malvani Masala, mix till aromatic.
Add chicken and roast for 4–5 minutes.
Add coconut paste and water. Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or bhakri.

Revani Spices Chicken Masala (Sabji-Style)
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken (curry cut)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1½ tsp Revani Spices Chicken Tandoor Masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander
Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions till golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till aromatic.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and Revani Spices Chicken Tandoor Masala. Cook till oil separates.
Add chicken, mix well, and cook on medium flame for 5–7 minutes.
Add a little water, cover, and cook till chicken is tender and well coated with masala.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Tip: Best enjoyed with chapati, bhakri, or steamed rice.
Revani Spices Mutton Masala (Traditional Style)
Ingredients
500 g mutton (washed & cleaned)
3 onions, finely sliced
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp Revani Chicken Mutton Masala
½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander
Method
Heat oil in a pressure cooker or heavy pan. Add onions and sauté till deep brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, and Revani Spices Chicken Mutton Masala. Cook till masala turns fragrant and releases oil.
Add mutton, mix thoroughly, and roast for 8–10 minutes.
Add water, cover, and cook till mutton is soft and juicy.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
